Job Description
- Utilizing existing market research combined with personal experience to inform global expansion strategy.
- Developing and implementing an international guidelines playbook to drive global continuity across social media presences.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to create a recommendation for global B2B accounts / handles.
- Overseeing integration of social media into all major company-wide initiatives such as sponsored and owned events, advocacy initiatives, brand campaigns, product / service launches, and amplification of proprietary content.
- Developing a social media strategy to support our global B2B sales team.
- Working collaboratively across Brand, Advertising, PR, Legal and other teams to ensure all social tactics are approved.
- Informing our global social media listening and measurement efforts.
- Assisting with other initiatives across the team, as needed.
Qualifications
- Motivated, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Min. 5 to 7 years of experience in Social Media (both in terms of community management and socially-based programming).
- Experience working with global or international brands.
- Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and achieve business outcomes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
- Experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive decision making.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Radian6 & Sprinklr a plus.
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and fun.
