Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and manage the PMO operating model to support portfolio planning and project execution.
- Establish and implement best practices for portfolio / program / project management to improve productivity and business outcomes.
- Manage the Intuitive PMO Playbook, ensuring alignment with tools, frameworks, and templates.
- Align cross-functional teams on PMO processes, governance strategies, goals, and timelines.
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, and resource capacity planning.
- Collaborate with project and portfolio managers to standardize processes and optimize project execution.
- Develop project metrics, success criteria, and KPIs to measure service delivery effectiveness.
- Create change management plans and strategies for rolling out new SDLC processes and PMO tools.
- Embed knowledge management for onboarding and training new PMs.
- Drive resource utilization prioritization and cultivate a collaborative team culture.
Skills / Job Requirements :
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in PMO processes, tools, and project financials.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile), ITSM, and ITIL frameworks.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, synthesize data, and drive execution.
- Minimum 10 years leading major cross-functional ERP projects, with global team management experience.
- Medical device experience preferred.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field desired.
