Job Title : Project / Program Manager

Job Description :
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project / program. Oversees all aspects of projects / program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project / program.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project / program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit / department.
- Sprint Planning and reporting (Weekly sprints for assigning and tracking KLO work for security engineers (Consults, Security Reviews, Data Classifications, PBRs, etc.)
- Monthly reporting, MOR, MBRs
- Consolidated DSTS core team intake requests and driving prioritization and delivery of tasks.
- Track and drive team level goal deliverables
- Escalations as needed (compliance tracking, audit requests, incidents, etc.0
Experience :
- Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action,
- Detail Oriented.
- 5+ experience.
- QuickSite experience.
- Quip experience preferred.
- Excel proficiency.
- Data Analysis.
