Responsible for support SMT Equipment Maintenance and Repair for Fabrinet West.
Key Responsibilities :
- SMT and Non-SMT Equipment Maintenance and Repair
- Calibration of all torque drivers and all department equipment
- Responsible for checking and maintaining ESD for tables, chairs, workstations, carts, and tools
- Provide daily support to production as needed
- Provide training to operators as needed
Job Qualifications :
Education : AA degree, and / or based on years of experience
Experience : 2+ years working in a manufacturing environment (PCBA), working with SMT equipment, and able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Required Skills :
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Reliable, organized, and punctual
- Conflict resolution skills
- Able to tolerate stressful situations
Required Training :
Minimum of 2 years working in manufacturing.
