Mortgage Processing : Handle all aspects of mortgage processing from application to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending guidelines.
Title Preparation : Prepare and process title documents for new and refinanced mortgages, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Document Verification : Verify accuracy and completeness of mortgage applications, supporting documents, and title paperwork.
Customer Service : Assist customers with mortgage and title inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
Compliance : Stay informed about state and federal regulations regarding mortgage processing and vehicle titles, ensuring compliance at all times.
Coordination : Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage and title processing experience.
Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to mortgage applications and title documents promptly.
Reporting : Generate and submit required reports to management and regulatory agencies as needed.
Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and other office tasks.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Certifications : Any relevant certifications in mortgage processing or title processing are a plus.
