RMG Real Estate Responsibilities
- Network and prospect for leads
- Spend time building new relationships and maintaining current ones with clients
- Meet with potential sellers and conduct listing presentations
- Provide consultation for clients to stage, price, and market homes
- Receive, review and negotiate offers
- Advise sellers on the ins and outs of selling their homes
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions
- Network to source new business as needed
- Be a resource to clients with any questions or concerns they may have throughout the process
- Stay in touch with clients after closing and continue nurturing your relationship
Qualifications
- Current Alaska Real Estate License or willing to obtain one (We can help you with this!)
- Passionate about selling and helping clients achieve their dreams and goals
- Commitment to generating prospective clients and leads
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to work on a team dedicated to accountability and goals
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to learn lead management system or CRM
- Ability to work in a growth and goal-oriented environment
- Desire to participate in a FUN work environment
- Must be a high-school graduate and at least 18 years of age
