The Talent Insights and Analytics team works closely with Talent Development organization, including Performance Management, Talent Strategy, Employee Listening & Surveys, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Engagement, and Recruiting functions to provide Insights & Analytics on key performance indicators, process impact, data intelligence, project and process management, strategic advisory and expertise around talent data.
The team partners both with internal and external HCM clients to provide data-driven insights that empower HCM to meet its strategic goals and improve Talent Insights & Analytics delivery to the divisions.
Services include streamlining processes through re-engineering and automation, data governance, enhancing reporting and analytical capabilities, and strengthening our stakeholder engagement.
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

From application of design thinking, storytelling, process mapping and workflows, data strategy and governance, researching progressive Talent Insights & Analytics solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, skilled project manager, expert communicator, and top-notch Talent Insights Specialist.
This profile will also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing technology landscape.
We are looking for a business analyst to join our Talent Insights and Analytics team, where you will work with a dynamic, fast-paced team to fulfill below responsibilities :
Business analyst requires strong business acumen and organizational abilities to balance strategies against what is functionally and technologically feasible;
balancing assessing availability of key data
- Analytical mindset and experience while being solutions oriented in working closely with HCM and business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and data assumptions and challenges.
- Comfortable in communicating complex technical and data insights to non-technical audiences while presenting findings, recommendations, and insights to both internal HCM and business stakeholders
- Managing the data strategy, analytics, and reporting for various global talent management processes including Goal Setting, Recognition, Leadership Pipeline and Succession Planning, Promotions, Feedback360, Ongoing Feedback, and Performance Ratings
- Prepare visually appealing presentations and intuitive strategy blueprints
- Drive automation of reporting structures by partnering with our Business Intelligence teams through data transformation and visualization using Alteryx, Tableau and Business Objects
- Organizing, governing, and analyzing Key Design Decisions, designing process KPI, MoS, establishing benchmarks to measure process RoI, interpreting results and presenting meaningful business insights to various stakeholders including chief talent development officer, and heads of performance management and talent strategy
- Leading impact analyses and measuring the success of various talent programs and diversity initiatives with regards to performance, promotion, and retention
- Engaging with global team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to understand their business priorities, and advise, conceptualize and develop new analytical platforms to support them
- Drive awareness of requirements across stakeholder functions and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of functional and technology ecosystem
- Serve as techno-functional thought leader for business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability to support the development of futuristic Talent Insights strategy and initiatives for Talent Development processes, and other projects through requirement gathering, project planning, data governance, transformation, reporting and analysis
- Participating in quality control, data governance, system re-engineering, functional and technical advisory to support internal systems / tools
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or Human Resources
- Excellent analytical skills : Analytical bent of mind with an ability to organize and analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and present results to various audiences, and take responsibility for data quality assurance
- Technical skills : Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong familiarity with Excel skills such as vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs and countifs, and multi-variable formulas
- Technical skills : Active experience with low code ETL tools such as Alteryx; certified user preferred
- Project Management : Ability to drive multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
- Strong client interfacing skills : Demonstrated client service focus, and ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships successfully
- Act as an independent lead and project manager to drive processes from conceptualization to completion
- Ability to connect the dots quickly and interpret data across multiples sources and data bases
- Ability to succinctly present summarized analytical findings to various levels of detail, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail : Highly organized with excellent follow-through, and end-to-end delivery
- Strong drive to proactively obtain role-specific knowledge and demonstrate innate curiosity
- High level of maturity, demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, and impeccable judgment
- Ability to work in a geographically diverse team and build strong relationships across locations and regions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management concepts and data, including broad familiarity with talent processes (feedback, promotions, performance,
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence, and other tools including Tableau and / or Business Objects
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, including predictive, descriptive, and inferential analysis
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python to help advance analytics framework
- Familiarity with design thinking, story building and comfort in building PowerPoint presentations
