Position : Benefits Account Manager
Type : Permanent
Location : Chandler, AZ (Onsite everyday)
Salary : $80-88K + commission, vacation, benefits and 401K
Description
As a Benefits Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, managing client relationships, developing tailored benefits strategies, negotiating and finalizing renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive support and addressing inquiries related to group benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Coordinate and conduct the implementation for new and renewing clients.
- Oversee the renewal process, including preparing necessary documentation and contractual changes.
- Conduct analysis of existing client coverages and provide recommendations for enhancements or changes.
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations on benefit changes and renewal terms.
- Provide final renewal terms to clients and finalize benefit selections.
- Ensure all clients are compliant with their benefits, contributions, etc.
- Handle Medicare filings
Qualifications
- 2- 5 years in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Life and Health Insurance License required.
