Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and practices for corporate employees. Corporate HR Generalist will play an integral role in supporting the development of HR initiatives that provide an employee-oriented and high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Process all payrolls, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, commissions, off cycle manual batches, termination pay outs and bonus runs.
Lead onboarding and off boarding activities for corporate employees.
Conduct HR training for employees and managers including new hire onboarding.
Maintain HRIS records and compiles reports from various databases.
Utilizes ClientSpace per department guidelines.
Performs all assigned job duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and standard practices.
Research and resolve employee inquiries timely; respond within 1 day and resolve within 1 week.
Assist in evaluation and preparation of reports requested by various departments.
Participate in conducting investigations of employee issues.
Manage weekly eNPS data, including the development of results by department and location.
Advise on and prepare job descriptions, handbook updates, and employment policies.
Ensure accuracy of employee paperwork and records.
Advise on such topics such as time and labor, performance management, learning. Onboarding, PTO, FMLA and all local, state, and federal laws.
Assist with FMLA process for corporate employees in online tool.
Schedule, monitor and track all employee compliance training.
Update reports and graphically display results in PowerPoint.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Five years of progressively advancing experience in Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Working knowledge of Prism HR a plus.
SHRM certification preferred.

Salary
Starting wage is $24.04 / hr. up to $48.08 / hr. The starting range represents the low and high end of the G&A Partners' range for this position. Actual wages will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of G&A's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include commissions, annual bonuses, and program specific rewards.
