Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient Food & Beverage Department
- Work in a fast paced and customer service-oriented environment; perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Oversees operation of restaurant and banquet operations
- Attend BEO, Staff and Food & Beverage Meetings.
- Analyze and monitor day to day operation reports, monthly and yearly financial statements, labor costs.
- Communicate with other Managers regarding internal events.
- Taste food and beverage products from all areas, to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain communication with the Executive Chef on developing and creating menus
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Hotel Food & Beverage management experience
- Must have previous management in a property of similar size with 200 guest rooms and 5000 square feet of meeting space
