Responsibilities :
- Gather leads from commercial and residential properties
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals
- Local travel required with transportation provided
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new business relationships with potential clients
Qualifications :
- Previous sales experience is not required. We believe everyone has an inner salesman with the right guidance.
- Discipline, adaptability, and dependability.
