THE OPPORTUNITY : We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is interested in learning the insurance business from the ground up! No insurance experience necessary! Join our team and learn how we support our clients with businesses (mostly) in the Korean community.
Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies.
You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers. Responsibilities : You will :
support the entire account-service process.
assist with marketing clients to carriers
assist with preparing quotes
have exposure to the account-review process including processing certificates, endorsements and billing
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE : You are perfect for this opportunity if you
hold a high school diploma / GED (college degree strongly preferred)
have demonstrated communication skills orally and in writing (Korean and English)
have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
have the desire to learn and grow within the insurance brokerage business
Bilingual English / Korean is REQUIRED
