Summary of Position :
The Information Strategies Project Manager is part of a thriving team that manages all projects within our Information Strategies team at Gateway.
This person is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of projects, assuring the completion of projects as agreed upon, keeping in focus, on time, on schedule, and within scope, as well as monitoring the team's bandwidth across multiple projects, adjusting as needed to align delivery on higher priority deliverables, and communicating out impacts on lower priority deliverables.
This position requires excellent independent judgment and discretionary decision-making skills to see projects through from start to finish.
Position works across multiple departments to set pace, identify roadblocks, solutions and timelines. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the org to work toward the best possible outcomes.

Principal Job Responsibilities :
- Work with the Director of Information Strateg, Product Development Manager, and UI / UX Manager to plan out the blueprints for projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with departments, executives, and developers.
- Conduct regular status meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and report project progress on a regular basis
- Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Leverage internal tools, Monday and Slack, to view and track requests for the team.

- Required Education / Certification(s)
- PMP certification
- 3-5 years Project Management experience preferred
- Experience with Product Development teams and the agile methodology
