YOU MUST HAVE
Significant experience in Pricing or similar commercial role
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of applying pricing levers in Service contracts, small job and spot orders
- Experience developing Price Waterfalls to drive improvement actions
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of linking price and business strategy
- Price management tools experience preferred : PROS software, Deal Desk, Tableau-based tools
- Experience of channel pricing strategy (intercompany, distributors, end-customers)
- Transactional pricing toolkit and value toolkit experience
- Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations
- Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
- Ability to deliver on complex situations with an 80 / 20 mindset
- Ability to convey information with clarity and directness
- Problem solving and analytical skills, results and detail-oriented approach.
- Self-starter with ability to manage and prioritize tasks with limited supervision
- Understanding of SAP BRP900 or similar ERP business systems platform
- MBA or Professional pricing qualification is highly desirable
