Maximum Services Inc. is looking to fill multiple heavy equipment operator positions. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently. Dig ditches or trenches, back-fill excavations and level earth to grade m specifications with proper compaction practices.
- Take Proper Care of Equipment.
- Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspection of the equipment.
- Identify and relay any potential issues.
- Communicate, follow directions and work successfully with employers, crew members, and supervisors.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Safely and comfortably work with and around heavy equipment.
- Be willing to perform different types of manual labor if required including, but not limited to lifting, hand / power tools and shoveling.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment (multiple types preferred including but not limited to excavator, loader, dozer, skidsteer, motorgrader, compactor).
- Previous utility, excavation, and finish grading experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions.
- Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and be safety oriented.
- Be dependable, punctual and have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
