Description : Work closely with Mitigation team to ensure projects progress efficiently, obtain high customer satisfaction with clear communication, and follow up for payment on services rendered.

• Schedule jobs with customers and mitigation team to provide timely service
• Review time sheets to ensure expenses associated with jobs are correct
• Participate in team meetings to provide project updates and learn from other mitigation team members
• Create jobs in project management software so crews have appropriate information
• Help explain the insurance process to customers and field questions and concerns
• Ensure proper documentation is in job file
• Typical Weekly Schedule : Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 : 15 am 5 : 00 pm, with on call rotation one week every 8 weeks;

May include nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Pay Range : $45,000 - $50,000 base + Lucrative Bonus Potential For High Performers

Requirements :

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Experience in mitigation support, or mitigation field work, preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
• Proficiency with office technology and equipment and willingness to learn new platforms
• Strong task and priority management skills.
• Basic math skills and understanding of basic financial concepts.
• Possess sense of urgency while presenting a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs - Excel and Word
• Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems : DASH, Xactimate, TSheets and T&M Pro
