Hours : Monday - Thursday 5 : 00 pm to 5 : 00 am and Friday 2 : 00 pm to 2 : 00 am
Triad Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC saws to cut materials according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC saws to cut materials based on production schedules and blueprints.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine cutting requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain optimal performance and quality.
- Perform quality checks on finished products using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC saws and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a CNC Saw Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Technical degree or certification in machining or CNC operations.
- Experience with other CNC machinery or fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
