We are looking for an EDI Integration Consultant
The successful EDI integration Consultant will leading technical kickoff meetings, gather necessary requirements to meet client objectives, perform application setups, submit requests for data transmissions, conduct end to end testing, and monitor initial live files / activity once in production.
Major Duties :
Act as a liaison and EDI technical point of contact between client and internal / external business partners. This will includes : Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Consultants, Product Management, Technology and vendors.
Responsible for executing, testing, and ensuring client requirements / deliverables are met.
- Educate and counsel corporate clients regarding payment originations, information reporting, EDI message standards, data communications, and security issues with a strong focus on the ACH, Wire Transfer, and Check Processing including the client required file specifications.
- Interact with various internal bank and external resources to complete implementations successfully.
- Act as the EDI technical point of contact for client inquiries and guidance during the EDI implementation process as well as on-going client support.
- Manage multiple new and maintenance implementation requests simultaneously.
- Executing File layout, file structure and data validations (UAT / QA Testing).
Requirements :
- Cash management background with knowledge of electronic payments
- Banking and treasury management services focusing on payments technologies, electronic commerce, encryption and data communications
- Previous experience as a project manager or business analyst in cash management implementation, operations, customer service, technical consulting or systems
- Proven project management skills
- Able to prioritize multiple deadline-driven, customer-sensitive projects and tasks
- Knowledge of EDI translation software, EDI message standards, data mapping, and / or electronic banking applications
