Langton Shores is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Nursing Assistants ( Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide ) to join our team in our Care Center / Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab.

Available Hours :

Full-time and Part-time 2 : 30 pm -10 : 30 pm

Set on 14 acres in a residential area of Roseville, this community offers skilled nursing care in two types of settings long-term living neighborhoods and short term rehab for shorter stays aimed at rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts,
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

• CNA / Active on Nursing Aide Registry
• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
