Description : Inside Sales Manager - PCB Industry
Scope :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team within the PCB manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your expertise in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and PCB industry knowledge will be crucial in achieving our sales targets and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales goals, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture by setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to the inside sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, providing product expertise, and offering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate new business leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and address any issues or concerns.

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the PCB manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, industry standards, and customer requirements.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Physical Requirements :
- Computer work for periods up to two hours at a time
- Small motor skills used in keyboarding and mousing
- Walking on uneven surfaces, ability to walk up and down stairs
- Bending at the head and neck
- Vision skills required to view into a microscope
- Bending at the waist
