- In a metro area of Portland, Oregon
- CHC with a base salary up to $256k
- Monday through Friday work schedule; option for a 4-day work week
- HRSA loan repayment
- 12 - 18 patients per day; see all ages
- Up to $10k for relocation assistance
- Must be board certified; ABFM or ABIM
