We are currently on the lookout for a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to become a valuable member of our healthcare professionals, providing top-tier healthcare within our esteemed facility.

As a Per Diem COTA with us, you will :
- Evaluate and Plan : Collaborate in the evaluation of residents and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Promote Independence : Play a crucial role in assisting residents with daily tasks to enhance their ability to live independently.
- Provide Support : Monitor residents as they engage in their prescribed activities, ensuring their well-being and progress.
- Facilitate Rehabilitation : Aid in the rehabilitation of residents who have experienced injury, illness, or other health challenges, helping them regain their optimal quality of life.

Qualifications :
- Florida State COTA License : You must hold a current Florida State COTA License.
- Preferred Experience : Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
- Commitment to Health : COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement.
