A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ENTRY-LEVEL FLOOR COATINGS - POLISHED CONCRETE INSTALLER

As an Entry-level Floor Coatings - Polished Concrete Installer, you are the backbone of our flooring installation business.

Whether your job for the day is in a warehouse, an airport, or a food processing plant, you arrive at the appointed time ready to perform the quality work our company strives for.

To begin the flooring installation, you prepare the concrete surface by grinding, vacuuming, and patching it. Once you're satisfied that the concrete is completely clear of dust and debris, you apply the epoxy coating that works best for the type of use it will undergo.

You take pride in knowing that your skilled labor is lengthening the life of the concrete and providing a slip-free surface for the workers.

You also enjoy your time at our shop, interacting with your team members and pitching in wherever you're needed. You're often called on to load and unload trucks in order to ready the supplies for the next job.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL FLOOR COATINGS - POLISHED CONCRETE INSTALLER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Experience operating various hand-held and walk-behind tools
• Ability to perform skilled labor, including the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on hands and knees
• Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening

Construction experience is preferred. Experience working with concrete is a plus but is not necessary. Are you a self-starter who enjoys working independently and as part of a team?

WORK SCHEDULE
