Job Description

ISN is actively recruiting a skilled professional to support our agency missions as a Deputy Program Manager. This role involves formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to contractors.

A Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.

Functional Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in organizing, directing, and managing the day-to-day onsite operations, support, and maintenance functions.
• Formulate and enforce work standards.
• Assign contractor schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to contractors.
• Review work discrepancies and assist in supervising contractor personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.

Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of experience in applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience providing products and services similar related to CJIS and TW 2.0
• Demonstrated skills in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives.
• Military experience is acceptable.

U.S. citizenship and current Top Secret security clearance
