The Night Time Shift Leader position is an entry level leadership position. This individual has ownership of daily operations of a specific shift in the Back of House.
They are responsible for assisting in running shifts and focuses on following procedures in order to ensure operational excellence.
Required Experience : One year of leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant setting
Pay : $12+
Time : 30-40 hours a week (shifts could start as early as 2 PM and end as late as midnight)

- Team and Customer Focus on Shifts
- Restaurant Policy Communication (Reinforcing critical components of handbook)
- Closing Procedures and Checklists
- Enforce the Goals and responsibilities to the right Levels of Leadership
- Team Leads CEM, Customer Experience
- Directors CEM, Customer Experience, ROE, Food and Labor Cost
- 3 Ps People, Process (Systems / Procedures), Product (Service / Food)
- Ensure the daily execution of eRQA and SAFE Daily Critical Assessments
- Ensure a Food Safety culture by keeping team members accountable to Food Safety Standards
- Running breaks
- Accountability of position tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure the successful onboarding of team members and their success in learning their role and the standards for success
- Implementation of Store Operational Checklists to insure shift smoothness
