Responsibilities :
- Provide frontline technical support to our customers, addressing and resolving basic technical issues.
- Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team or individual.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all customer queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize various database and Microsoft tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Work with Active Directory, computer hardware, and configuration management tools to support customer needs.
- Provide deskside support and manage desktop hardware issues.
- Utilize MS Office 365 and Azure Active Directory to support customer needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in all relevant technical areas.
- Continuously improve technical skills through ongoing training and professional development.
