Fleet Administrative Assistant - Billing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant that can handle several projects at the same time to support the sales efforts of the organization.

Pay range : $25 - $30 per hour (DOE)
Shift : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm; Monday - Friday
Job Duties :
- Assist the sales team with support and gives clients a great experience
- Maintain client database
- Communicate with customers
- Process customer orders and run reports
- Invoice customers and process payments
- Processing special projects in a team environment
- Printing schedules on orders and routing deals for delivery
- Supporting our account managers and sales efforts, as well as special projects with fleet customers.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years’ experience
- Detail oriented, team player, self-starter
- Good communicator and customer service skills
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & email.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Will be required to work independently & also take initiative on their own (self-starter).
