We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with shared responsibilities as a Dispatcher to join our team.
Position Overview :
As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our medical lab.
This dual-role position requires a blend of strong customer service skills and effective dispatching abilities to support both our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients and healthcare providers.
Provide accurate information regarding lab services, test results, and procedures.
Address and resolve client concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Dispatcher Duties :
Coordinate and schedule sample pickups.
Manage the dispatching of couriers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
Monitor and track the status of samples and ensure proper documentation and delivery.
Collaborate with lab staff to address any logistical or operational issues that arise.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in medical office management or related fields are a plus.
Previous experience in customer service and / or dispatching, preferably in a medical or laboratory setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-volume tasks with accuracy.
