As a Sr Project Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing projects within our organization.

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Boise location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our projects and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Communicate project updates and address concerns with stakeholders
  • Analyze data to drive improvements that deliver measurable results
  • Deliver standard reports accurately and on-time
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations; coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's License
