Summary

As an Electronic Assembler at Microwave Products Group Pole / Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by completing the basic assembly of the standard and volume-based products.

Schedule : 1st Shift, 5 : 30am 4 : 10am (Monday Thursday)

Primary Responsibilities of this position Include :

  • Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations.
  • Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
  • Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level.
  • Record activity into a database.
  • Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities Include :

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Include :

  • Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is required.
  • Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification is required.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Ability to interface effectively with internal customers.
  • Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization.
  • Be able to effectively communicate with planning personnel, supervision and other department associates.

Requirements Include :

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
  • 2+ years soldering experience required.
  • 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience required.
  • IPC-610 certification preferred.
