Remote Special Education Teacher Position in North Carolina

This position lets you collaborate with outstanding schools across North Carolina, with the potential for continued work in the following year.
Role Overview :
- Pay Rate : $32 - $38 per hour, depending on experience
- Employment Type : 1099 Independent Contractor
- Hours : Reliable and consistent
- Support : Access to a dedicated clinical team for guidance
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual environment.
- Provide live and pre-recorded lessons customized to each student's learning style and requirements.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in special education and online teaching.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Valid licensure in North Carolina or your current state of residence (if applicable).
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
- Experience with online teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
