Job Title : Senior Associate, Proteomics
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced candidate to join us at the Senior Associate level. The candidate will contribute to the proteomic capabilities of our oncology diagnostic platform.
This project applies a bottom-up proteomics methodology, enabling the detection of very low abundant cancer biomarkers for therapeutic innovation and treatment follow-up.
Main missions :
- Function as Testing Personnel within a CLIA licensed environment
- Monitor equipment validations and calibrations, verifications, and preventive maintenance
- Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting, and maintaining records of patient test results
- Adhere to quality control policies, document all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations, and maintenance performed
- Identify problems that may affect test performance or reporting of test results and correct them or notify the appropriate supervisor
- Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from established performance specifications
This position will initially support the general manager and handle wet bench testing and data analysis (70% of the job duties) and compliance paperwork needed for the lab including CLIA related paperwork, accessioning paperwork, and compliance paperwork (30% of the job duties).

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Broomfield, Colorado.
Work Environment
CLIA regulated laboratory, handling up to 4 patients' worth of samples per day, with sample load varying greatly from day to day.
The work involves both low and high intensive complexity tasks.
