As a manager on our eCommerce team, reporting to the senior director, you will play an important role in our efforts to accelerate eCommerce growth with retailers.
You will help build eCommerce business and capabilities across the company, managing the implementation of eCommerce content across our customers and brand portfolio.
Lead agency and vendor relationships to support content syndication strategies, improve digital shelf asset integrity and optimize eCommerce performance of marketing programs.
Your Impact :
- Deliver Net Sales for eCommerce and manage budgets and relationships with agencies, and vendors.
- Collaborate with Demand Sciences, Sales, & Brand to align eCommerce brand goals to content syndication strategies and plans through understanding of brand / category / retailer dynamics and goals, business plans and KPIs.
- Foster the growth of retailer relationships through knowledge sharing, joint planning and test and learn opportunities.
- Manage internal processes and external vendors to ensure we have updated digital product content and data attributes for all products across retailers.
- Manage relationships with syndication partners and platforms.
- Build and implement content development and syndication plans that demonstrate delivery against our goals and support continuous improvement.
- Remain current on industry news, technologies, trends and opportunities, piloting and implementing new technologies for eCommerce.
- Guide development of eCommerce creative ensuring the experience is on-brand for acquisition, sales, and retention.
Your Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing and technology.
- Experience with the Grocery eCommerce and marketing technology landscape.
- Experience with content management systems, product information management tools, and content syndication platforms (i.e. Salsify, Syndigo).
- Familiarity with digital shelf principles, analytics and challenges.
- Experience managing budgets and external agency and vendor partners.
- Experience maintaining workflow across multiple retailers and categories simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with multiple levels of team members, including C-Level, both internally and externally.
- Data-driven with the ability to connect dots between historical learning, data sets and future opportunities.
