Senior Hearing Specialist
Location : San Francisco, CA
Salary Range : $150,000 - $200,000 per year, plus bonuses
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (Day Shift)
Job Overview : In collaboration with the Audiology Director, the Senior Hearing Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive audiology services to patients.
This role requires professional representation of the audiology division in clinical settings and includes both adult and pediatric audiology functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and administer treatment for hearing and balance disorders.
- Provide fitting and dispensing services for hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Engage in community outreach and educational programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient care.
- Contribute to advancements in audiology through research and development.
Required Qualifications :
- AuD or PhD in Audiology .
- Valid California Audiologist license or a Provisional Audiologist license (with full licensure obtained within three months of hire).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Current Dispensing Audiologist License .
- Past experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
