A successful Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates within Arrow Security.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter who will be able to collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and grow a strong talent pipeline.

The Recruiter will serve as a welcome introduction for candidates and new hires to our Arrow Security community. The Recruiter manages full cycle recruiting to new hire onboarding stages for our dynamic corporate office as well as backing up our in-house Security Guard Regional Recruiters.

The Recruiter fosters best practices to ensure compliance with Federal and DOS regulations and is committed to the respect and integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Meet Arrow's goals by filling open positions throughout the company with talented and qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between Managers and candidates.
  • Ability to creatively use various sourcing techniques to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
  • Extensive experience with Social Media recruiting, driving traffic to our open positions, and improving Arrow's brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Hiring managers to obtain specific details for each open position.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Attend regular recruitment team meetings to track progress and devise new strategies for success.

Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience in Corporate Recruiting as well as experience in high volume, high turnover industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and file sharing.
  • Proficiency in various HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, compassion, and sound judgment.

Salary : $65,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience.
