One of our Fortune 50 clients is seeking a highly skilled SAP MDG Senior Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP application development, including at least 5 years of experience specifically in Master Data Governance (MDG) Central Governance & Consolidation applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementations and expertise in system conversion, migration, and integration techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

• SAP MDG Implementation : Lead and execute SAP MDG implementation projects across various domains, including MDG-S (Supplier), MDG-C (Customer), MDG-F (Finance), and MDG-M (Material).
• End-to-End Implementation : Successfully complete a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP MDG, covering both standard and custom data models.
• Business Requirements : Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• System Conversion & Migration : Oversee system conversion and data migration activities using techniques such as BODS, DMO, SDI / DSQ, SLT, and more.
• Integration Expertise : Integrate SAP MDG with various platforms, including Information Steward, Business Objects (BO), NW MDM components, and SAP Ariba.
• Master Data Expertise : Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP ERP master data, including materials, business partners (BP), vendors, customers, finance, enterprise asset management (EAM), and retail / food management (RFM).
• Training & Development : Provide SAP MDG training and hands-on sessions for team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Business Context Integration : Implement business context viewers, data quality tools, SDQ, SDM, and dashboard integration within SAP MDG UIs.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure adherence to quality standards, legislation, and best practices within all development and implementation activities.
• Problem-Solving & Collaboration : Proactively identify and address potential challenges, fostering strong relationships with clients, operational managers, and colleagues.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

• SAP Technologies : Expertise in OOABAP, FPM, Workflow, Fiori, SAP HANA, and ABAP on HANA.
• Business Object Development : Experience in building business objects using techniques such as GENIL, SPI, BOR, and BOPF.
• Business Rule Framework (BRF+) : Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing BRF+.
• MDG API Programming : Proficiency in SAP MDG API programming and integration.
• Interface Techniques : Knowledge of interface techniques, including IDOC, Web Services, and OData.
• Process & UI Modeling : Experience in process modeling, UI modeling, and enhancing MDG standard applications.
• MDG Process Expertise : Proficiency in various MDG processes, including single processing, multi-record, mass change, consolidation, and mass processing.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP application development, with 5 years specifically in MDG Central Governance & Consolidation.
• Experience with all MDG versions, including MDG on Business Suite and S / 4HANA.
• Proven track record of leading SAP MDG implementations, system conversions, and integrations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders
