Job Summary and Qualifications :
- Maintain 24-hour accountability for staff supervision and coordination.
- Ensure patient needs are met following physician instructions and hospital policies.
- Oversee organizational improvement activities and policy development.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure patient care continuity.
Qualifications :
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification.
- Registered Nurse with BSN.
- 5+ years of nursing experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.

Additional Details :
- 5 years of ED experience; 2 years of charge / supervisory experience required.
- Full-time equivalent (FTE) : 48 beds, 90 FTEs when fully staffed.
- Shift flexibility with competitive salary : $95k - $130k.
