Hitachi Energy is seeking a Transformation Program Manager for North America Grid Integration Business Unit. The Grid Integration business is experiencing tremendous growth in EV charging systems, high voltage direct current projects, power consulting, power quality solutions, semiconductors, and many other exciting offerings in North America, and we need a strong strategic leader to be a part of this exciting journey.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for contributing to the transformation of Hitachi Energy Grid Integration North America hub business unit supporting the long-term strategic vision of scaling to our potential.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the overall grid integration scaling to our potential strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop transformation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization.
  • Drive the adoption of tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects.

Your Background :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Experience in business transformation or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, change management methodologies, and program management principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing business transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and address complex business challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Technical expertise in power quality and high voltage to guide direction.
