Job Summary :
We seek an experienced and knowledgeable Yacht Broker to join our team, facilitating yacht sales, purchases, and charters.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, negotiate deals, and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Marketing :
1. List and market yachts for sale.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies.
3. Conduct yacht viewings and demonstrations.
4. Negotiate sales and purchase agreements.
Client Relationship Management :
1. Build and maintain client relationships.
2. Understand client needs and preferences.
3. Provide market insights and advice.
4. Ensure client satisfaction.
Market Knowledge :
1. Stay up-to-date on market trends and conditions.
2. Research and analyze yacht sales data.
3. Maintain knowledge of yacht design, construction, and systems.
Networking :
1. Establish relationships with yacht owners, captains, and industry professionals.
2. Attend yacht shows, events, and conferences.
3. Collaborate with other brokers and marine professionals.
Administrative :
1. Manage sales paperwork and documentation.
2. Maintain accurate records and databases.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of yacht brokerage experience.
- Strong knowledge of yachts, marine industry, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Yacht Broker certification (e.g., CPYB, YBAA) preferred.
Desirable Skills :
- Experience with yacht sales software (e.g., YATCO, BoatWizard).
- Knowledge of maritime law and regulations.
- International yacht sales experience.
- Fluency in multiple languages.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $28.00 - $40.00 / hour.
