The Position
We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Lakeland, FL. In this position, the Primary Care Physician will provide primary care services to adults and children who may have co-occurring behavioral health disorders.
Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits :
- $216,000 and Up Depending on Experience
- Health, Vision, Dental, HSA, and FSA (Available After 30 Days of Employment)
- 401k with 3% Match
- CME Reimbursement
- Malpractice and All Fees Paid by Employer
- Full Support Staff
- Student Loan Forgiveness Responsibilities :
- M-F 8AM-5PM
- M-F 8AM-5PM
- No Nights or Weekends
- Provide physical examinations and order lab work as required.
- Provides pharmacological management.
- Performs diagnostic evaluations according to licensure.
- Participates in peer review.
- Ability to relate to patients in a manner conducive to bringing about improved physical or mental health.
- Ability to plan for and allocate scarce medical / psychiatric resources.
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team for the coordination of client care
- Member of the Medical Staff Panel
- Reports Directly to the Medical Director
Requirements :
- Graduate from an Accredited Medical School
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Valid Florida Medical License
- Valid DEA Certificate
- Medicaid / Medicare Eligible
- Experience in Primary Care / Substance Abuse / Mental Health
- Bilingual is a Plus!
