The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment.
This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and performance of our operations, and we offer a competitive salary in the $20-$27 range, with potential for higher compensation based on talent and experience.
Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components in a variety of equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
Troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Document all repairs, maintenance, and modifications with accuracy.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical issues and improve equipment performance. Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety standards and regulations. Stay current with industry advancements and apply new techniques and tools as appropriate.
Manage inventory of repair parts and tools, ensuring readiness for ongoing tasks. Assist with the installation, testing, and calibration of new equipment when required.
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in electromechanical systems is preferred.
Proven experience as an Electromechanical Repair Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including the ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and testing instruments. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
