Vice President of Outpatient Services

Position Summary :
We are seeking a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to join ServiceNet’s leadership team as the Vice President of Outpatient Services.
You will be responsible for overseeing five outpatient clinics including medication services, implementing innovative programs, supervising and supporting the outpatient management team, and developing strategies to enhance our mental health services.
We expect you to ensure the highest standards of evidence-based care, financial well-being, and operational efficiency.
Position Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the outpatient services team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and implement plans to expand and improve outpatient services.
- Oversee outpatient medication clinics including TMS and Spravato treatment services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for program development and community partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Ensure best practices in mental health care
- Oversee budget planning and financial management for outpatient services
- Promote a creative approach to problem-solving and service deliver
Qualifications :
- Master's or doctoral degree psychology or social work
- At least seven years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a mental health or healthcare setting
- Strong mindset with a track record of innovative program development
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the mission and values of a non-profit organization
