Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist at our Hesperia office, you will be the first point of contact for both our guests and real estate professionals.
You will greet customers and our real estate professionals as they arrive, manage office supplies, answer and direct phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their visit.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive to our office
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to the correct personnel
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Provide support, such as creating marketing pieces, for real estate professionals using design systems such as Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and office software to include Microsoft® Office, Adobe, Canva and others.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
