Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned accounts, ensuring accurate billing and follow-up on paymentsInvestigate denials and coordinate with billers and funding consultants on issuesDocument all communication related to collection actions and recommend adjustments as neededRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma2 or more years of experience in accounting, collections, and high-volume medical billing or insurance claims processingKnowledge of payment posting processes, contractual adjustments, and refunds preferredFamiliarity with medical insurance claims procedures and documentation preferred
