As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Iola, KS plant, you will be a Warehouse Supervisor.

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products. They lead and support a team of warehouse employees, driving productivity, safety, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory accuracy, enforcing company policies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Warehouse Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and maintain timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities (To Name A Few) :

• Provide daily direction to warehouse employees engaged in shipping, receiving, loading / unloading trucks, stocking, picking, packing, and palletizing finished products to ensure efficient operations and processes.
• Communicate effectively with staff to promote alignment and consistency with company goals and objectives.
• Manage employee performance, productivity, attendance, quality, housekeeping, and personal accountability.
• Address performance issues, recognize achievements, and provide coaching as needed.
• Administer policies and work practices fairly and consistently.
• Maintain a continuous focus on process improvement and waste reduction.
• Empower and encourage employees to evaluate and improve daily processes.
• Foster and maintain a safety-driven culture.
• Clearly communicate expectations, enforce safe work practices, and hold employees accountable for safety violations.
• Investigate safety-related incidents and violations promptly.
