LHH is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Receptionist to join our client's team in Serra Mesa. The ideal candidate will have full open availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, between Monday and Sunday, from 6 : 30 am to 10 : 30 pm.
This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet and check in patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and routing inquiries as needed
Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the calendar for healthcare providers
Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and excellent service
Address patient questions and concerns, providing timely and helpful responses
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus
Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
