Our client, a leader in the production printing industry,is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production team, leading and supporting the business produce high-quality products for the clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry and ability to work together as a team.
Job Title : Production Operator
Location : Norfolk, NE
Pay Range : $13-15 / hr
Whats the Job?
- Producing quality products that meet client specifications and company guidelines.
- Ensuring the correct materials are used and maintaining a high production rate while upholding quality standards.
- Following all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of the machine and immediate work area.
- Communicating effectively with team members to support smooth operations.
Whats Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical inclination and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn hands-on, with all training provided on-site.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout a shift.
- Experience in manufacturing or a warehouse environment
