Position Overview & Responsibilities :
PK Property Services is looking for motivated and reliable candidates for commercial cleaning. We have a 2nd shift position of for a Floater to start immediately.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license and travel between locations when necessary. You will be covering shifts, cleaning, and training all around the Twin Cities area.
This is a Full-Time position. You must have the flexibility to work Monday through Friday. 8-hours shift, start time :
2nd shift : 4 : 30pm until work is finished.

Qualifications :
- Must be willing to drive to different job locations, when necessary
- Must have a valid Driver's License & a clean driving record
- Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
- Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
- Ability to operate minor equipment
- Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
- Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
- Must occasionally life and / or move up 50 pounds
- Must be able to drive to multiple places
Compensation :
