We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing services and possess a high level of technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
FULLYSKILLED COMMERCIAL PLUMBER - Including service work with jobs such as heavy industrial, restaurant, hotel, apartments, hospitals, and other applications.
Responsibilities :
- Pipe Removal, repair, and all aspects of pipework for gas, water, drain, and waste
- Boiler repair
- All other aspects of commercial service plumbing
- Ability to problem solve when solutions to difficult problems are not readily apparent
- Communicate directly and effectively with customers
- Good communication skills to comfortably deal with all types of customers in sometimes difficult situations
- Ability to fully explain work in progress and completion timeframes
- Manage job sites and work in progress
- Track and stock inventory of parts
- Complete accurate billing and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed jobs, including materials used, labor hours, and any additional notes or recommendations
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Requirements :
- Ability to pass insurance screening with an acceptable driving record
- Use company-provided devices and apps to complete weekly Hot-Spot and Safety Trainings
- Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools. All maintenance and fuel cost are paid for by the company
- Must have a great attitude , professional appearance, and the ability to be on time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
