Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

In this entry-level role , you’ll work alongside experienced Event Coordinators to create engaging, memorable experiences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and community impact .

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in event marketing, brand representation, and promotional campaigns .

What You’ll Do As an Event Promotions Assistant , you will :

• Represent client brands at local events, retail activations, and community campaigns Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions after brand and product training Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to consumers Assist with orders, registrations, and event sign-ups Track event traffic, customer feedback, and common questions to help improve customer experiences and campaign performance Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless event execution Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who are friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused .
